WELCOME TO MY FRENCH BOOK CLUB!
This book club is for upper intermediate to advanced French learners. If you are unsure about your level to participate, please send me an email so I can guide you.

☕ A new book each month
☕ Weekly sessions to meet and talk about the book (the number of sessions depend on the length of the book)
☕ Minimum of participants accepted in a group: 2 people
☕ Maximum of participants accepted in a group: 3 people
HOW DOES IT WORK?
🎯 ONE BOOK AT A TIME, OVER A MONTH - The book is yours to buy in paperback, kindle or PDF version. I’ll join an Amazon link on this page each month for you to purchase it, but this is not included in the price. You’ll always be notified in advance on this page to make sure you can schedule the sessions on your side and purchase the book. We'll read the book over several weeks, allowing time to go through it completely over the course of a month or more if needed. Before each session, I will give you a certain number of chapters to read per week.
📝 VOCABULARY SUPPORT -Ahead of each session, I will give you a certain number of chapters to read per week and I will provide you with a vocabulary sheet for difficult words and expressions. You’ll also receive a reading sheet in advance with structured questions to think about our conversations and to think about your ideas and what you wish to share during the meetings and to know about which chapters we’ll share our thoughts, so you can be prepared in advanced.
📅 SCHEDULE - We'll meet each week on Zoom, the same day at the same time during the month indicated on this page (see below). A session lasts an hour and you'll have to read a certain amount of chapters indicated for each session. The number of sessions depend on the length of the book over the course of the month (it could be 4, 5 or more if needed). If you can’t show up to a session, as we can’t postpone these meetings to another date, the session is charged and lost. Be sure you can come before signing up and processing to the payment.
📱 WHATSAPP GROUP - Once you are part of the group for the month (or more, if you wish to continue), you'll be added in a WhatsApp group with me and the other members to be able to exchange anytime you want, all in french! This is a good way to practice speaking and to be part of a little french speaking community. Note that there is not obligation to be in the whatsapp group if you don't wish it.
